HR Advisor Maternity Cover Location: Belton, near Grantham Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with part-time flexibility considered Contract: Maternity Cover Travel: Occasional travel to other sites £40K Pro rata The Role We are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy Human Resources team on a maternity cover basis. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple sites, manage two HR Assistants and advise managers on a wide range of employee relations and HR matters. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to an experienced HR professional who can confidently manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting continuous improvement. A key responsibility will be leading the implementation of a new HR and Time and Attendance system. Key Responsibilities Manage and support two HR Assistants, overseeing day-to-day HR administration and transactional processes. Provide advice and practical support on disciplinary, grievance, attendance and conduct matters, including investigations and management meetings. Support recruitment activities across multiple sites, including job advertising, reviewing applications, recruitment campaigns and organising recruitment events. Review and update job descriptions, HR policies and procedures as required. Oversee Occupational Health referrals and support the delivery of workplace health assessments.
