Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting employee relations, recruitment, engagement, payroll processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. About the Role As HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the organisation, providing practical and commercially focused HR support. Key responsibilities will include:  Providing guidance and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases. Coaching and supporting managers to drive a positive, high-performing culture. Managing long and short-term absence cases, including liaison with occupational health providers.
