HR Advisor
Seeking a CIPD Level 5 qualified experienced HR individual to working with the HR Manager in respect of all aspects of HR projects and practices.- As well as providing administrative support, you will have knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Duties will include Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Life-cycle Administration, Employee Relations, Absence Management, HR Policy and Compliance and Process Improvement.- -Additionally, as this is in an education environment, safeguarding is a prime task.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified
* 2 years'' experience within an HR role
* Working knowledge of Word, Outlook & Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of Safer Recruitment and SCR
* Driving Licence due to location
Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday Term Time and 9 am to 3 pm holiday periods.
