Do you have a background working in HR as an Administrator or Advisor? Are you looking to work for a rapidly growing entertainment business offering a full time, permanent role, who are known for their excellent working environment and great culture?

This market-leading audio company provides equipment for live events across the UK including festivals such as Glastonbury and Global Tours for mainstream artists. They have experienced steady growth over the last 50 years and have recently moved into an impressive new premises.

In this varied role, you will join a small HR team, supporting department heads and management as well as managing people including recruitment, training, employee relations and well-being. You will be involved with new system implementation, performance management and onboarding / offboarding. This is a 35 hr week, Monday to Friday - 9:30-5:30PM.

This role would suit a candidate with a background in HR, either as an Administrator looking for the step-up, or an existing Advisor, looking for an exciting role with an expanding company in the entertainment industry who have an excellent environment and culture.

The Role:

• Handling Employee Relations and Case Management
• Ongoing performance management and well-being
• Managing recruitment process and interviewing
• Ongoing HR system implementation and improvement
• 35 hr week, Monday to Friday

The Person:

• HR Administrator, Advisor or similar
• Looking for a full time, permanent role
• Commutable to Weybridge
