In this role, you will:   Provide support and coaching to managers on employee relations, ensuring consistent and policy-driven advice.  Assist in consultation and implementation processes for organisational change, making HR recommendations.  Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and enhance HR policies and procedures across the organisation.  Design and deliver HR training programmes to empower managers and staff in effective people management.  Prepare documentation to support managers in managing their teams effectively.  Provide guidance on managing both short and long-term employee absences, maintaining robust monitoring systems.  Update and maintain absence management records, producing insightful monthly reports for senior management.
