Your primary responsibilities will include: Handling employee relations (ER) cases with confidence and expertiseManaging disciplinary and grievances effectivelyAttending and supporting HR meetings, offering strategic adviceDrafting outcome letters and ensuring clear communication Who You Are:We''re looking for someone who can hit the ground running! The ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of employment lawProven experience in an HR advisory roleThe ability to work independently without extensive guidanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolutionBe able to work at least 1 later shift per week to around 7pm/8pm to support with the late shift workers on site - you would start later this day.
