      <description>Location: Southend-on-Sea | Salary: &amp;pound;26000 - &amp;pound;33271/annum | Type: Permanent | Salary:  -33,271 (Full-Time Equivalent, pro rata)   Hours:  30 hours per week   About the Role   We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to support the delivery of people-focused processes that align with organisational objectives. This is a varied generalist role where you will provide day-to-day HR support, guidance, and expertise across a range of people matters including employee relations, absence management, learning and development, and HR operations.  You will play a key role in ensuring best practice, consistency, and fairness in people management, while contributing to wider strategic HR initiatives.   Key Responsibilities    Generalist HR    Provide proactive advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, HR policies, wellbeing, flexible working, and absence management  Manage an employee relations caseload, including investigations and hearings, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice  Coach and support line managers to ensure consistent and fair application of policies including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management  Monitor and analyse absence trends, supporting managers to effectively manage attendance ...</description>
