This is a hands-on, ER-focused role where you''ll work closely with Line Managers, providing pragmatic advice and guidance across a broad range of HR and employment law matters.The RoleReporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, you''ll provide professional HR support across the business, with a particular focus on Employee Relations and Employment Law.You''ll be responsible for:Advising Line Managers on a range of ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance management.Supporting managers through investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes and appeal hearings.Providing advice and guidance on company policies and employment legislation.Managing and advising on sickness absence, including occupational health referrals, home visits and return-to-work processes.Supporting managers with probationary reviews and wider employee lifecycle matters.Preparing and delivering HR training around areas such as absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working and performance management.Liaising with ACAS and external ..... full job details .....
