      <description>Location: Runcorn | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Acorn by SYNERGIE is searching for a HR Advisor to join our client, a fast-paced manufacturing business based in Runcorn, Cheshire on an 8-month Fixed Term Contract.  Reporting to the HR Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide proactive, hands-on HR support across the business, partnering with managers on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and people-focused initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
