HR Advisor - 8mth FTC

Acorn by SYNERGIE is searching for a HR Advisor to join our client, a fast-paced manufacturing business based in Runcorn, Cheshire on an 8-month Fixed Term Contract.Reporting to the HR Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide proactive, hands-on HR support across the business, partnering with managers on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and people-focused initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties will include: Support the management of employee absence cases, working closely with managers to promote attendance and wellbeing initiatives. Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including approvals, advertising, interviewing, onboarding, and contract administration. Provide guidance to line managers on a range of employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and workplace concerns. Contribute to talent development activities, including appraisal processes and workforce planning initiatives. Assist with the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practice initiatives. Maintain HR systems and employee documentation, producing reports and people data insights when required. Facilitate training and onboarding activities to support leadership capability and employee integration.
