This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations and Recruitment who can quickly become a valued part of the team and provide immediate support.Working within a busy and collaborative HR function, you will provide operational HR support across a range of employee matters, partnering with managers and stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused advice and guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a range of Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management matters.Advising managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.Supporting investigations, hearings and formal HR processes.Managing recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to onboarding.Supporting hiring managers with candidate attraction, selection and interviewing.Assisting with onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.Producing HR reports and management information as required.Supporting ongoing HR projects and initiatives.Using ..... full job details .....
