Salary £36,651In this key role, you will deliver a professional, people-focused service across the organisation, partnering directly with key stakeholders in departments across the organisation, to drive success.This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week. Your main office location will be St Helens but you will also travel regularly to the Liverpool and Warrington offices.What You ll Be DoingManaging ER cases, providing expert advice to managers, and ensuring alignment with employment legislation and HR best practice.Leading on attendance management (including return-to-work and long-term cases) and supporting performance management, capability, and development plans.Supporting recruitment, retention, apprenticeship programmes, and talent development across the business.Contributing to People Strategy delivery, corporate initiatives, learning needs identification, and transformation projects.Partnering productively with trade unions and building collaborative relationships with leadership teams.Maintaining accurate HR data records, efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and equality standards.What We re Looking ForCIPD Level 5 ..... full job details .....
