HR Advisor Birmingham - Hybrid Working 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Professional Services Firm up to 40,000We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our people team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional to work within a fast-paced professional services environment, partnering with managers and employees across a diverse business. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide high-quality generalist HR support, ensuring people initiatives and employee relations matters are managed effectively while delivering an exceptional employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice and guidance to managers on a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.Support the delivery of HR policies, procedures and best practice across the business.Partner with stakeholders to support organisational and people-related initiatives.Assist with recruitment, onboarding and talent management activities.Support performance review and development processes.Analyse HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making.Ensure HR records and documentation are maintained accurately and in line with employment legislation.Contribute to ongoing HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience working as an HR Advisor within a professional services ..... full job details .....
