Drive Manager Engagement Partner with managers across all departments to strengthen people management practices. Support and monitor the completion of one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and appraisal processes. Provide practical HR guidance and coaching to managers. Bring structure, accountability, and consistency to performance management activities. Own the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy Develop and coordinate CSR initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
