      <description>Location: Southwater | Salary: &amp;pound;20.50/hour | Type: Contract | We are currently recruiting for a HR adviser for our prestigious-client based in West Bromwich .  The ideal candidate must have some previous experience working in a similar role .  The role would require you to work primary-at West-Bromwich but you may be required to work out of Cardiff and Lincoln on occasion(A pool car will be available for this )  Must be able to drive-  Summary of duties are below along with level of experience-  Summary of Tasks:   Advising Line Managers on areas of the Employment Life cycle, these will extensively include Absence Mgt, Grievance, Disciplinary -etc  Supporting with Recruitment, Interviews and Onboarding  System processing employment changes  Coordinate and attend trade union meetings  - - Level of Experience:   Experienced at interim type work and able to hit ground running quickly  Experienced Employee Relations Advisor  Trade Union experience is ideal, however not essential  Flexible to work additional hours if needed  Able to work independently and part of a team  Converse with varying level of the organisation   Please apply online or call (phone number removed) to discuss-</description>
