We are working exclusively with our client to recurit a proactive and resilient HR Adviser to join our growing business.-This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a busy, reactive environment and is confident managing a high-volume workload with shifting priorities.
You will play a key role in supporting managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance while ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters
- Manage a high volume of cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues
- Support a rapidly growing workforce with timely and effective HR solutions
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and up to date
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports where required
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in a busy HR Adviser or HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Comfortable working in a highly reactive, fast-moving environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
