HR Adviser

We are partnering with a people-focused organisation based in Glasgow to recruit an experienced HR Adviser to join their collaborative HR team. Alongside managing employee relations casework, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening management capability through the delivery of engaging training sessions, maintaining and improving learning platforms and SharePoint resources, and helping to embed best practice across the wider business. Key Responsibilities Manage a broad range of employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance matters Provide practical, people-focused HR advice and guidance to managers across a range of generalist HR issues Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to build manager confidence and capability Support the ongoing development and maintenance of learning platforms and HR resources, including SharePoint content Create and continuously improve learning materials, toolkits, and guidance documents to support managers and employees Identify trends and development ..... full job details .....
