We are working exclusively with our client to recurit a proactive and resilient HR Adviser to join our growing business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a busy, reactive environment and is confident managing a high-volume workload with shifting priorities. You will play a key role in supporting managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance while ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters Manage a high volume of cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues Support a rapidly growing workforce with timely and effective HR solutions Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and up to date Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports where required Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You Proven experience in a busy HR Adviser or HR Generalist role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Comfortable working in a highly reactive, fast-moving environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable ..... full job details .....
