Based in Lanarkshire, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a successful organisation during an exciting period of growth and development. This position will suit a proactive and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with managers across all areas of the business. You''ll play a key role in delivering both strategic and operational HR support, helping to drive engagement, performance and continuous improvement across the organisation. Forming part of a small HR team you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting a wide range of HR activities. You''ll have responsibility for managing complex employee relations matters, supporting engagement initiatives, analysing HR data and contributing to the delivery of the wider people strategy. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and guidance to managers across the business.
