Business Partnering and Manager Support Provide proactive, practical HR advice to line managers, supporting them in managing their teams effectively and making informed people decisions. HR Policy, Compliance and Process Improvement Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied, legally compliant, and continuously improved to support best practice and organisational needs.Administration Ensuring that all relevant processes relating to starters and leavers are followed, recorded on our systems and the Finance department is informed ..... full job details .....
