My client is a financial services firm located in the City of London. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 3-month temporary position.
What you’ll do:
Maintaining the HR database while managing the HR inboxGeneral HR administrationMaintaining and updating employee recordsAssisting with on-boarding for new hiresCoordinating interviews and meetingsDistributing appraisal forms to employees and line managersUpdating contractsSkills required:
Previous relevant HR admin support/experienceCIPD qualification, an interest in working towards or desiredDriven and self-motivatedAbility to pick things up quickly and use initiativeStrong attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectivelyREF: AA105783
