Vibe Recruit are recruiting for an HR Administrator on behalf of an organisation based in Newport. The HR Administrator will support HR and Finance functions, alongside general office administration. This role suits an experienced administrator who is organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: HR AdministratorResponsible to: Operational Finance ManagerSalary: 28,500 - 30,500 (DOE)Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-timeLocation: Newport (NP19 0RD) - hybrid working available after probation (2 days home, 3 office)Contract: PermanentBenefits:28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) rising to 33 days, birthday leave, 5% employer pension contribution Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration:Maintain HR systems and employee recordsManage onboarding (contracts, right to work checks, etc.)Support payroll processes (timesheets, overtime data)Monitor absence recordsTake minutes at formal meetingsUpdate HR policies and documentationOffice Management:Handle incoming calls and enquiriesLiaise with external service providersCoordinate office maintenance and servicesOrganise meetings and eventsSupport compliance/ISO administrationUndertake ad hoc administrative duties as requiredPerson SpecificationEssential:HR qualification (e.g. CIPD)Previous HR/admin experienceStrong organisational and IT skills (Word, Excel)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and confidentialityDesirable:Experience with HR systems (e.g. ..... full job details .....
