Are you an organised HR professional looking to gain experience supporting a global HR transformation programme? Our client, a leading international organisation operating within the healthcare sector, is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join their UK HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to become involved in the rollout of a new global Workday HR platform whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities within a supportive and collaborative team. You''ll act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, support managers and employees with day-to-day HR administration, and play an important role in ensuring employee records are accurately migrated and maintained within Workday. Responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for HR enquiries Providing first and second-line HR administration support Supporting the implementation of Workday Uploading and maintaining employee documentation Producing HR documentation including contracts and letters Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes Maintaining accurate HR records Liaising with Payroll regarding employee changes Supporting HR reporting and continuous process improvement We''d love to hear from you if you have: Previous HR Administration or HR Assistant experience CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience Excellent organisational and administrative skills Strong attention to detail Experience using HR systems (Workday would be an ..... full job details .....
