Temporary HR AdministratorWe are recruiting an experienced Temporary HR Administrator to join a large, well-established organisation based in Stevenage.This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Stevenage and 2 days working from home. Applicants must live within a commutable distance of Stevenage.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Start date: Immediate Contract length: 3 monthsThe role will primarily support the Recruitment and Learning and Development teams within the HR function. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment process, including:Preparing interview packsClosing job advertisementsScheduling and coordinating candidate interviewsProcess pre-employment checks for new starters in line with safeguarding policiesMaintain and update the in-house HR database accurately and efficientlyProvide administrative support to the wider HR and OD team, including Health and Safety documentationWork closely with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employeesEnsure all activities comply with company policies and procedures at all timesUndertake additional duties as required to support the HR team Person SpecificationPrevious experience working within an HR department is essentialMust live within a commutable distance of StevenageGood understanding of recruitment and retention processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage, prioritise, and respond to a high ..... full job details .....
