To provide a responsive, accurate, customer focused and professional HR resourcing service to hiring managers, employees, candidates and other customers in accordance with policy and procedures.  Provide expert advice and support to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring all guidance aligns with policy and best practice.  Support the provision of a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.   Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of specialised systems used within resourcing and wider HR.
