HR Administrator

Part Time HR Administrator
Nottingham
22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday preferred
8:30am-4:30pm
Temporary, minimum 2 months, with potential to extend

SF Partners are looking for an organised and proactive Temporary HR Administrator to join a busy HR team and provide essential support during a period of staff absence.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong administration skills who can hit the ground running and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.

The assignment is initially for a minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of extending further depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the full range of recruitment administration activities.
• Processing and coordinating DBS checks.
• Preparing, compiling and uploading employee personnel files.
• Processing payroll documentation and uploading information to the relevant portal for the external payroll provider.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team.
• Handling confidential employee information professionally and accurately.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Good IT skills and confidence using online systems and portals.
• A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
• A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to provide support at short notice.
