This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive administrator with strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach to support a busy HR function. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the HR Helpdesk and Payroll teams can continue to deliver an excellent service to employees across the business.   Key Responsibilities    General Administration  Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Team.  Coordinate and process invoices and purchase orders for services such as pensions, car leasing, training and other external providers.  Manage incoming and outgoing post for the HR team.
