Start Date: ASAP (subject to checks)
Contract: Temporary until January 2026
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Location: Fully Remote

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support across a range of tasks:

- Handling incoming calls to the HR department
- Managing vetting and compliance checks
- Drafting letters and official documents
- Inputting payroll details and routine financial processing
- Supporting recruitment activities
- Maintaining spreadsheets and updating HR databases

- Proven experience in HR administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office and HR databases
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to follow procedures and meet deadlines consistently
