This position involves providing both routine and ad-hoc administrative support, ensuring HR processes run efficiently and assisting with recruitment and compliance with company policies.   Day-to-day of the role:    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality in accordance with UK legislation.  Co-ordinate new starter documentation and induction plans, liaising with site security and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.  Handle administrative duties related to employee changes, including promotions, terminations and benefits.
