This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations professional or a strong HR Administrator looking to develop their experience within a busy and supportive HR environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Employee Relations casework, ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of formal meetings and processes across the organisation.
