Job Title: Human Resources AdministratorSalary: Up to £27,500 per annumLocation: Bangor, North WalesWorking Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available with a mix of office, home working and occasional travel to other company sites as required.My client is seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Administrator to support both the HR and Training functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience and a passion for people processes to join a growing business and contribute to employee development, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.Key DutiesProvide administrative support across all HR activities, ensuring records and systems remain accurate and up to date.Assist with recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, liaising with candidates, and issuing employment offers.Support employee onboarding and leaver processes, including preparation of documentation and induction arrangements.Maintain employee files and HR databases in line with company procedures and data protection requirements.Assist with employee benefits administration and general HR correspondence.Support employee relations activities through document preparation and meeting coordination.Arrange occupational health referrals and appointments when required.Monitor employee absence, annual leave, probation reviews, appraisals, and mandatory training deadlines.Organise internal and external training courses, ..... full job details .....
