      <description>Location: Swansea | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | HR Administrator (Temporary - 2 Month Contract)  Location: Llansamlet, Swansea  Hours: 37.5 hours per week  Pay Rate: £13.48 per hour  Contract: 2-month temporary assignment We''re looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support our clients HR team with a range of administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:  Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and preparing offer paperwork. Assisting with new starter onboarding and maintaining employee records. Updating HR systems and ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Preparing HR documents, letters, and reports. Responding to routine HR queries and directing employees to the appropriate HR contact. Supporting training administration and maintaining attendance records. Assisting with general HR administration and filing.  We''re looking for someone who has:  Previous administration experience, ideally within an office environment. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.  The ability to handle confidential information professionally.</description>
