HR AdministratorWe are recruiting for a HR Administrator in the Solihull area.Working within the HR team, your role will be to maintain and update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents and internal databases, such as holiday and leave.As a HR Administrator you will need to have/be:Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience of working in an administration roleAccuracy and attention to detailThe ability to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referredThe ability to prioritise own work loadGood Organisational SkillsGood communication both written and verbalFollow procedures accurately and reliably.Discretion and a clear demonstration of confidentiality at all timesDetails:Salary: 26,000Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per weekLocation: SolihullDuration: PermanentRole of a HR Administrator:To prepare, develop, implement and maintain HR materials and documents (e.g. contracts, amendment to terms, meeting invites, policies etc.)Ensure employee records are maintained and all documents are scanned and filed.Keep the HR Systems (Cascade, Learning Management System, Benefits Platform, Mental Health Platform), up to date and ensure all workflows are processed.Assist with onboarding, including processing paperwork, reference checks, right to work checks, DBS checks and delivering new starter inductions.Generate statistics as and when required for the quarterly board reports .Assisting with payroll by providing the ..... full job details .....
