A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting an HR Administrator to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary - permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, paying 28,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience.This role would suit a detail-focused, data-driven HR Administrator who enjoys working with systems and identifying ways to streamline and improve HR processes.Your key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:Administering the full employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, and contractual changesPreparing and issuing employment documentation in line with statutory requirementsMaintaining accurate HR records and employee data in Sage HRProducing HR reports and supporting the HR Director with accurate data insightsSupporting payroll administration by collating and validating monthly dataIdentifying opportunities to improve HR processes, data accuracy, and system efficiencySkills and experience required to be considered for this role:Previous experience in an HR, office support, or administrative roleStrong attention to detail with confidence handling data and HR systems (HRIS)Experience maintaining employee records and HR documentationGood working knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality requirementsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirableIf you feel ..... full job details .....
