Our education client is actively seeking a strong HR Administrator to join their upbeat, hardworking, and supporting HR team. The ideal candidate for this role would have a background within the Education sector or has a passion for the industry. Duties to include: Assist with completion of safeguarding checks:ReferencesEnhanced DBS checksQualification checks, right to work in the UKEnsure the single central register is compliant and up to dateAssist in the Recruitment process and compliance proceduresAssist in the preparation of the School Workforce CensusEnsure HR policies and procedures are up to dateMaintain electronic filing systemsProcess pre-employment screening for candidates/new starters including, essential safeguarding and right to work checksTrack Probationary documentation, liaising with Line Managers and supporting as requireManage all recruitment data, producing regular analysis and reports All candidates will require an Enhanced DBS check.This role is a full time, permanent role across 36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, 5 days onsite. ..... full job details .....
