The Role: What you will be doingAs a key member of the team, you will support employees and managers through every stage of the employment journey, ensuring HR processes run efficiently and accurately.Employee Lifecycle: Prepare contracts, offer letters, and handle promotions, transfers, and leavers.Onboarding: Support the welcoming and seamless onboarding process for all new starters.Systems and Data: Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems (such as SAP) and handle monthly changes.Payroll and Benefits: Work closely with the payroll department to ensure deadlines are met, while helping administer company benefits, family leave, and long-service awards.Query Management: Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, answering queries via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
