      <description>Location: Worcester | Salary: £13 per hour | Type: Full time | HR Administrator   Worcester  (Onsite – 5 days per week)  £13.00 per hour   37 hours per week, Monday to Friday    We're looking for an organised HR Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in Worcester. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who enjoys supporting the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities    Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers.  Prepare contracts, employment letters and HR documentation.  Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.  Provide payroll with employee updates, including absence information.  Coordinate mandatory training and maintain training records.  Support recruitment administration, including advertising roles, arranging interviews and onboarding new starters.  Liaise with managers, agencies and training providers.  Produce HR reports and support HR audits and compliance.  Handle confidential employee information accurately and professionally.
