We're looking for an organised HR Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in Worcester. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who enjoys supporting the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers.
- Prepare contracts, employment letters and HR documentation.
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Provide payroll with employee updates, including absence information.
- Coordinate mandatory training and maintain training records.
- Support recruitment administration, including advertising roles, arranging interviews and onboarding new starters.
- Liaise with managers, agencies and training providers.
- Produce HR reports and support HR audits and compliance.
- Handle confidential employee information accurately and professionally.
- Previous HR Administration or HR Assistant experience.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Experience maintaining HR systems and records.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of GDPR.
- Payroll or training coordination experience is advantageous.
