Temporary HR AdministratorWe are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our clients team on a long term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and previous HR experience to support a busy HR function during a key period.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the HR teamMaintain accurate employee records and HR databasesPrepare contracts, letters, and other HR documentationHandle employee queries in a professional and confidential mannerEnsure compliance with company policies and GDPR requirementsRequirementsPrevious HR administration or office administration experienceStrong organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and HR systemsAbility to handle confidential information sensitivelyYou will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday office based in the Thanet area.The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.New Appointments Group, Expertly Matching Employers and Jobseekers since 1975.Before submitting your CV, please take a moment to check the layout, spelling, and grammar.
