As an HR Administrator in Manchester, you''ll play a key role in keeping the Human Resources department running smoothly. Client Details This role is within the industrial and manufacturing industry, based in Manchester. Description Maintain and update employee records accurately and efficiently. Assist with recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and managing correspondence. Support onboarding activities, such as preparing contracts and induction materials. Handle HR-related queries and provide administrative support to the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Prepare reports and documentation as required by the HR department. Coordinate training sessions and maintain records of employee development. Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits. Profile A successful HR Administrator should have: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. An understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Job Offer An hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
