Job role: HR Administrator Location: Luton, Bedfordshire Salary: £27,500 - £28,000 per annum FTE We are currently recruiting for a Confidential HR Administrator to join our clients team based in Luton, working for a long-established group of companies. Working closely with the HR team, the post holder will hold responsibility for delivering professional and confidential HR administration across the organisation. A key aspect of this role will be the management and coordination of high-level security clearances, including those required for government, police, aviation and airport-security environments. The successful candidate will be discreet, self-motivated, methodical, well-organised and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff, managers, directors, regulators and security-vetting bodies.
