Your responsibilities will include:Recruitment and OnboardingManaging job adverts and applicationsCoordinating interviews and referencesHandling pre-employment checks, including DBSPreparing onboarding documentation and communicationsHR Data and SystemsMaintaining accurate employee recordsUpdating the HR system and producing reportsConducting data audits and ensuring GDPR complianceTracking absence, sick notes and probation reviewsPolicies, Training and General SupportUpdating policies and HR documentation on a regular cycleBooking training courses and keeping appraisal records up to dateProviding day-to-day administrative support to the People and Culture teamThis role is ideal if you''re someone who likes structure, enjoys getting things right first time, and thrives on being the person who keeps ..... full job details .....
