Salary is £27,000 for this hybrid role, with a generous holiday allowance including you birthday off plus health and wellbeing provisions and the opportunity for CPD and internal training.
A hybrid role, you will be dividing your time between the office in Bradford (Tues - Thurs) and working from home (Mon and Fri). Hours are 9-5 (35 hour week)
So, what will you be doing?
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle including ER matters
- Providing first-line support via phone and HR systems
- Maintaining accurate HR records using ATS and Microsoft systems
- Workingf collaboratively in a fast-paced shared services environment
What makes you a great fit?
- Strong administrative and organisational skills to keep HR processes running smoothly
- Confidence in communication with an excellent phone manner
- Solid IT skills, including Excel for filtering and accurate data input
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable (although this is a CPD opportunity after probation) ,with shared services experience seen as a bonus
