Hybrid - 3 x days in London Office, 2 from HomeThis role will work as part of small but highly effective People Team and provide a wide range of HR support across the institute playing a key role in supporting delivery of the People strategy ensuring that HDR UK is able to achieve its ambitious vision and mission.The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to recruitment and onboarding, HR policies and process, wellbeing and engagement and learning and development and will be the first point of contact for general HR queries through management of both the recruitment and general people inboxes.This role will also provide some operational support around facilities and health and safety and be the first point of contact for these areas.The postholder will need to be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities and able to work with a wide range of stakeholders.Main responsibilities:

Generalist Duties:Inputting new starter information on the HR system (PeopleHR), ensuring a high level of accuracyProcessing contract amendments on the HR systemBeing the first point of contact for managers and staff on a range of operational HR issuesManaging the HR and Recruitment inbox, and triaging/dealing with request and queriesSupporting with preparing HR reports as and when requiredSupporting the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the finance team; including changes to salary, FTE, Maternity/Paternity payments and SSP.Recruitment and Onboarding:Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of new staff, managing the applicant tracking system, job advertising and setting up interviews.Preparing all new starter employment contracts and managing the onboarding processPreparing secondee contracts and being the first point of contact for secondee enquiriesManaging offboarding for staff, including exit interviews and return of equipmentLearning and Engagement:Dealing with training enquiries and course applications, managing delegate lists, issuing joining instructions, preparing training materials and venuesManaging staff induction programmes and delivering HR induction sessionsSupporting with employee engagement and wellbeing activityFacilities and Health and Safety:Supporting with operational facilities issues including health and safety, onsite inductions, managing our offsite storage unit, attending tenant’s meetings.Working with our systems team to provide support with asset management allocation, and renewal of equipment across the organisation.Responsibility for efficient operation of head office – access, furniture, equipment, stationary ..... full job details .....
