This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or HR professional to join a busy and supportive HR team during a period of increased activity.This temporary position will suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and is confident about managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.Your new roleAs an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR function, ensuring employee records and HR processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.Duties will include:Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and preparing offer documentation.Assisting with onboarding and induction processes for new starters.Processing contractual changes and employee correspondence.Managing absence, holiday and training records.Supporting payroll administration by providing accurate employee information.Responding to HR-related queries from employees and managers.Preparing reports and HR documentation as required.Ensuring compliance with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.Providing general administrative support across the HR department.What you''ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will have:Previous experience in an HR Administration, Personnel ..... full job details .....
