HR Administrator

Your new company Working from September till the end of this year as a minimum for a Schools Trust based in Totnes.The role is full time Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. Pay is 13.75 per hour.Your new role We are seeking an HR and Recruitment Administrator to join an internal HR team from September until Christmas (but this could be extended or even permanent). You will be dealing with a trust of 20 schools and helping with all the HR from within.You will be working within a team of 4 and will assist with the following duties:- Coordinate day-to-day supply cover across the schools- Liaise with supply agencies and maintain positive working relationships- Support end to end recruitment processes from advertising vacancies to onboarding successful candidates.- Coordinate recruitment checks such as references, DBS and pre-employment screening.- Provide admin support - Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records- Respond to queries from school leaders and colleagues - Support the wider HR team.What you''ll need to succeed - Experience of working in an admin, hr, recruitment or education environment - Experience of multitasking - Experience of maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information - Competent user of office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.What you''ll get in return Weekly payWork until December, potentially longerPension contributionHoliday allowanceFree parking on site.
