The role will be remote working, with travel to their Bolton offices once a week. Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:Supporting with the management of candidates through their applicant tracking systemAdvertising vacancies via job boards and similar platformsUpdating the HRIS with changesSending out and collating referencesCarrying out DBS and right to work checksCreating contracts and probation lettersCompleting the leaver process to offboard colleaguesArranging exit interviewsManaging the people services shared mailboxTaking meeting minutes and drafting lettersResponding to general admin queries that come into the shared mailboxLogging changes to colleague TandC''s Requirements of the HR Administrator:Previous administration experience in a busy, professional environment with proven expertise of working in a customer focused team.
