You will ensure that all activities are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR team to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficientlyPrepare and distribute offer letters, contracts, and new starter documentationMaintain and update employee records within the HR Information SystemManage references, Right to Work documentation, and onboarding requirementsMaintain electronic personnel files in compliance with GDPR and company policiesProduce reports relating to starters, leavers, and HR dataSupport payroll administration and escalate payroll queries where necessaryAssist with general HR compliance and health and safety administrationTake notes during HR meetings, including disciplinary, grievance, and investigation meetingsProvide cover for HR colleagues and support HR projects when requiredWhat We''re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who has:Previous administrative ..... full job details .....
