HR Administrator Location: Wrexham Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Wrexham location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is looking to develop their career. Supporting the HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the HR function. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven individual who can take ownership of their responsibilities and deliver a first-class HR support service. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the business. Arrange and coordinate HR meetings with employees and managers, including supporting the preparation of investigation, disciplinary and grievance documentation. Maintain accurate records relating to sickness, absence, annual leave and other employee data. Liaise with Occupational Health providers to arrange employee health assessments and maintain associated records. Ensure all employee records are updated accurately, including contracts of employment, salary changes, maternity records, pensions and benefits. Support payroll administration by working closely with the Finance team. Coordinate internal and external training activities for employees and management teams.
