This is an exciting time to join our business as it continues to grow.The role:The primary purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the HR function, maintain accurate HR records, coordinate HR processes and reporting, and respond to basic HR administration queries, escalating matters requiring advice or judgement to the TBP or Head of HR.The role requires proactive, highly organised, adaptable, and able to take on a variety of HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced role.Responsibilities:To act as the primary contact for all HR administration matters including but not limited to:Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, escalating queries requiring advice or interpretation to the Trainee Business Partner.Ensure that HR records, both physical and electronic, are kept up-to-date, accurate, and securely stored at all times.Ensuring all employee information is updated on systems and databases.Produce accurate monthly sickness and retention reports for review.Handling HR-related paperwork and documentation.Assist with payroll administration by inputting authorised documentation onto the HR portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Respond to ..... full job details .....
